Removing negative Google reviews
Some negative reviews are removable. Others are the honest cost of trading. Knowing which is which saves you money.
A negative review is only removable if it breaks one of Google's content policies. A one-star review that accurately describes a bad experience does not, no matter how much it costs you.
Where a review does breach policy, Google will act on a well-argued report. That is the work we do, and it is why we check eligibility before you pay.
Send us the review and get an honest answer.
From £99 a removal, priced per review. No charge for the eligibility check.
- Honest check before you pay
- Most cases decided in 24 to 72 hours
- Full refund if Google keeps it up
Reviews that usually qualify
These are the categories we file most often, and the ones most likely to come down.
- Reviews from people who were never customers, or who cannot be traced in your records
- Competitor reviews, incentivised reviews, review swaps and bulk one-star campaigns
- Content about something other than your business: politics, a personal grievance, an unrelated venue
- Harassment, slurs, naming staff and threats, all of which fall under Google's abusive content rules
Reviews that usually do not
Google protects the customer's right to describe a genuine experience, even if the account is unfair, exaggerated or written in anger.
- A real customer complaining about a real job, price or waiting time
- Disagreement about quality, value or a refund that stayed within normal customer language
- A review you believe is wrong but that describes an interaction your records confirm happened
What to do about a review that stays
For genuine criticism, the strongest response is a short, factual public reply and a change to the process that caused it. We will say so plainly rather than take your money for a case we cannot win.
- Reply once, briefly, without arguing with the customer
- Keep the rest of your review flow healthy so one bad review does not dominate your average
- Come back to us if new evidence appears, such as proof the reviewer was never a customer
Questions we get asked
No, and we would be misleading you if we said otherwise. Unfairness is not a policy breach. We look for a specific rule the review breaks.
That can still qualify, particularly where the review makes a factual claim your records disprove, or where no such job exists at the price or date described. We will tell you what evidence would make the case worth filing.
We work on Google reviews. Trustpilot, Checkatrade and industry platforms each run their own dispute process, and we do not want to promise you something we cannot deliver.

Send the review or your Google Maps link on WhatsApp. We will tell you whether it breaks Google's rules, what a removal costs, and whether it is worth filing at all. The decision is always Google's, and the eligibility check is free.
