Questions we get asked

No. You can report a review from your own profile, and we will tell you exactly which policy it breaches and how to word the report. If you would rather we handled the steps, we can work with you while you stay the account owner.

No. The whole process runs remotely on WhatsApp, and we work with businesses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Then it is unlikely to qualify unless it also breaches a policy, for example by naming staff, containing slurs or being off-topic. We will tell you straight away if that is the case, and you will not be charged for the check.
