Google review removal for businesses
For owners and marketing teams dealing with reviews across one site or several.
Google reviews sit on a business profile, not on your website, which means a review problem is often a profile permissions problem first. Someone has to be able to sign in and report the review.
We work with single-site owners and with teams managing several locations, and we are careful about who is authorised to report on each profile.
Send us the review and get an honest answer.
From £99 a removal, priced per review. No charge for the eligibility check.
- Honest check before you pay
- Most cases decided in 24 to 72 hours
- Full refund if Google keeps it up
Permissions and ownership
Reporting a review requires access to the business profile it sits on. If you use an agency or a former employee to manage your profile, check that your own account still has manager access before a case starts.
- One profile per location: each with its own reviews and its own reports
- Managers can report reviews; owners control access for others
- If you have lost access to a profile, that has to be resolved first, and we will say so rather than file into a void
Multi-location cases
Brands usually see the same pattern repeated across branches, which is useful evidence rather than a coincidence.
- Matching wording or similar accounts appearing across several locations
- The same reviewer targeting two or more sites inside a short window
- Branches with reviews from people who never transacted at that address
Evidence that strengthens a business case
Google responds to checkable facts. Anything that lets a reviewer test the claim helps.
- Booking, order or CRM records showing no such customer at that location
- Staff rotas or appointment logs contradicting a specific allegation
- Screenshots of the same review text posted elsewhere by the same account
Questions we get asked
No. We do not ask for your login. We either guide your team through the report or work alongside you while you stay the account holder.
Yes, and those cases often go faster because the pattern is easier to prove. Each profile is reported individually, and you are charged per removal.
On request, yes. Discretion is the default: we do not contact reviewers, and we do not publish client work.
