The two prices

Everything is quoted in GBP, and VAT is not added on top at these rates.

£99 per review up to 4 weeks old, while Google still tags it as New
£149 per review older than 4 weeks, up to 5 years old
Bulk removals on the same profile are discounted, because the second case on a profile is less work than the first

What the price includes

The fee covers the whole case, not just the paperwork.

The eligibility assessment and an honest yes or no before payment
Building the report against the specific Google policy the review breaches
Re-reporting or escalating within the case while the review is still up

When you get your money back

If Google keeps the review up, the accepted removal is refunded in full. That is the honest limit of what any provider can offer, since the decision is Google's.

Refunds apply to reviews we accepted as eligible
Reviews we declined at the assessment stage are never charged
Reviews beyond 5 years old are outside the service, because the reviewer trail is usually gone

Questions we get asked

No. Send the review or your Maps link and we will tell you whether it qualifies and what it would cost. If it does not qualify, you have lost nothing but a few minutes.

Older reviews carry less context: the profile may have changed, the reviewer history is harder to check and Google expects a fuller explanation. That is more work and a slower outcome.

Not on an accepted case. It is refunded in full, per the terms on our refund policy page.
