Removal services
Google review removal consultation
One message, one honest answer, no obligation to proceed.
The consultation exists to stop you spending money on a case that cannot be won. We read the review, work out which policy it breaches, and tell you what we think the prospects are.
It is free, it happens on WhatsApp, and you are not committing to anything by asking.
Send us the review and get an honest answer.
From £99 a removal, priced per review. No charge for the eligibility check.
- Honest check before you pay
- Most cases decided in 24 to 72 hours
- Full refund if Google keeps it up
What to send us
A little context makes the assessment far more accurate than a screenshot on its own.
- A link to the review or to your Google Maps listing
- Whether the reviewer appears in your booking, order or client records
- Anything that shows the reviewer was never a customer, or that the account is new or duplicated
What you get back
A straight answer rather than a sales call.
- Whether the review breaches a Google policy, and which one
- The price for that removal, and whether we would recommend filing at all
- A realistic view of timing, including where a case is likely to be slow
When we turn work down
We decline cases where the review expresses a genuine opinion from a real customer, where the review is beyond 5 years old, or where the reviewer is unidentifiable and the content simply is not a policy breach.
- No charge for a declined case
- No pressure to file something we expect to fail
- If another route is better, such as a public reply, we will say so
Questions we get asked
Usually within a few hours during UK working time, and always within 24 to 48 hours. If the review is tagged New, tell us, because age affects both price and the strength of a case.
Only if you want to. Records help most when the case turns on whether someone was ever a customer. Send screenshots rather than full customer data wherever possible.
Yes. Send the link. If you are not the profile owner, we will explain what has to be arranged before a report can be filed.

Tell us about the review
Send the review or your Google Maps link on WhatsApp. We will tell you whether it breaks Google's rules, what a removal costs, and whether it is worth filing at all. The decision is always Google's, and the eligibility check is free.
