Google review removal for restaurants

One bad week of reviews can outweigh a year of good ones. Policy is the way to get unfair ones taken down.

Restaurants live or die on Google ratings, and they attract more off-topic and emotional reviews than almost any other sector.

A busy Friday service produces honest criticism you cannot remove. A political rant, a competitor's one-star or a review from someone who never booked is a different matter.

Send us the review and get an honest answer.

From £99 a removal, priced per review. No charge for the eligibility check.

Reviews that commonly qualify for restaurants

These are the patterns we file most for hospitality businesses.

  • Reviews from people with no booking or table record, especially where the date claimed was fully booked
  • Off-topic content: staff politics, owner opinions, a dispute entirely unrelated to a meal
  • The same reviewer leaving identical one-stars on several nearby venues
  • Reviews that promote another restaurant, a delivery brand or a discount code

The reviews you should expect to keep

Food, service and price complaints from actual diners are protected, and are the cost of trading.

  • A complaint about a long wait on a busy night, written by someone who was there
  • Criticism of a dish, a portion or the bill from a real visit
  • A one-star with no text at all, which is not removable

Restaurant evidence that works

Hospitality has good records, and they settle the key question quickly.

  • Booking system or reservation list searches for the name or contact details
  • Till or order data for the date and time claimed
  • Screenshots of the same account reviewing rival venues in the same week

Questions we get asked

Usually yes, if the review describes an experience at your venue and you can show no booking or order matches it. That is a fake engagement or off-topic case.

If it is about a delivery through a third-party platform, the content may be off-topic for a review of the restaurant itself. Send it to us and we will assess it.

Each review is reported separately, but a cluster arriving together from new accounts is a strong pattern and we discount bulk cases on the same profile.
