Google review removal for property management and landlords
Tenancy disputes produce emotional reviews, and many come from people who were never your tenant.
Letting agents, block managers and landlords are reviewed by tenants, leaseholders, viewers, buyers and neighbours, which is why a large share of the reviews on these profiles come from someone with no contractual relationship to the business.
Deposit and repair disputes with real tenants are protected. Reviews from people who never dealt with you are a different question entirely.
Send us the review and get an honest answer.
From £99 a removal, priced per review. No charge for the eligibility check.
- Honest check before you pay
- Most cases decided in 24 to 72 hours
- Full refund if Google keeps it up
Reviews with a policy argument
These are the categories that most often qualify on property profiles.
- Reviews from a viewer, a buyer's relative or a neighbour with no tenancy or instruction with you
- Content about a building or block you do not manage, or a property owned by someone else
- Reviews naming a negotiator, property manager or contractor personally
- Reviews left by a person who applied, was referenced, and was never granted a tenancy
Records that decide a case
Property businesses hold strong records, and they usually settle the key question within minutes.
- A tenancy, applicant or viewing search against the reviewer's name and contact details
- Deposit protection or move-in reports for the dates described
- A managed-property list showing that the address in the review is not one you look after
Genuine tenant complaints
Where a real tenant had a real problem with repairs, response times or a deposit, the review stays. Reply once, factually, and keep the tone professional: prospective tenants read the reply as much as the complaint.
- Acknowledge the process without discussing the individual tenancy
- Point to your formal complaints route rather than arguing the facts in public
- Ask satisfied tenants for reviews at move-in and at renewal, when goodwill is highest
Questions we get asked
Often yes, since they had no tenancy or transaction with you. A review describing your service from someone who never received it is either off-topic or outside a real experience.
Sometimes. It depends on the wording: if the complaint describes a period you were not responsible, send us the management dates and the review text and we will assess it.
They matter to tenants, but each platform runs its own process. We work on Google, and we would rather say so than imply we can fix a review elsewhere.
