Review problems
Handling multiple policy-violating reviews
Five reports filed the same way invite five refusals. Sequencing and shared evidence do the work.
When several reviews on one profile breach policy, the temptation is to report them all immediately with the same wording. That usually produces a run of refusals, because each report is assessed in isolation.
A better sequence uses the strongest review to establish the pattern, then reuses what it proves for the rest.

Start with the strongest case
Pick the review where the breach is hardest to argue with, and file that one first.
- Duplicated text, a named individual or promotional content are the cleanest starting points
- A first removal gives you a decision you can reference when you file the next ones
- Do not begin with the review that matters most emotionally: begin with the one that is easiest to prove
Present the shared pattern
Once one review is gone, the remaining reports should read as parts of one campaign rather than unrelated complaints.
- Name the same accounts across reviews, with their profile links
- Quote the shared wording that repeats between them
- Give the arrival times as a sequence, since a cluster is the evidence
- Reference the earlier decision where it is useful, without assuming it settles the next case
Across locations and profiles
Multi-location businesses should treat the campaign as one case with several profiles, not as separate problems.
- Each profile needs its own report, filed by someone with access to it
- Confirm who holds manager access on every location before a case starts
- Bulk removals on one profile are discounted, since the second case on a profile is less work than the first
Questions we get asked
They are filed individually and assessed individually. What carries across is the evidence and the pattern, which is why a sequenced case beats a simultaneous one.
Leave it out. Including a legitimate review in a batch of reports weakens the ones that matter, and it is also a form of unfounded reporting.
Yes, per removal, with bulk removals on the same profile discounted. The eligibility assessment covers the whole set and is free.
