Google review removal for plumbers and electricians
Emergency call-outs mean most reviews come from people you never met.
Gas, heating and electrical work generates reviews from a mix of customers, quote enquiries, landlords, tenants and neighbours, and the review often arrives before you have had a chance to explain anything.
Certification and notification records give trades unusually solid evidence: they usually prove whether a job existed, where it was, and who signed it off.
Send us the review and get an honest answer.
From £99 a removal, priced per review. No charge for the eligibility check.
- Honest check before you pay
- Most cases decided in 24 to 72 hours
- Full refund if Google keeps it up
Reviews that usually qualify
These categories recur across plumbing, heating and electrical profiles.
- Reviews from someone who only requested a quote, or who cancelled before the visit
- A complaint about work at an address you never attended, or on a date you can show you were elsewhere
- Content naming an apprentice or engineer personally, including allegations about their conduct
- Reviews about a different firm on a shared site, which is common on new-build and commercial jobs
The records that decide it
Trade paperwork is short but it is specific, which makes it persuasive.
- Quote, invoice and payment records under the reviewer's name or the address
- Gas Safe, Part P or NICEIC notification records showing where work was carried out
- Job sheets, van records and photos showing your team's actual location
Genuine workmanship complaints
Where a real customer is unhappy with a repair, that is opinion, and no policy argument exists unless the wording itself breaks a rule. Offering a return visit is usually the strongest response.
- Reply once, without conceding a fault you have not established
- Keep photos and certificates for every job: they settle future disagreements
- Ask for reviews after a completed job rather than at quote stage
Questions we get asked
Usually yes, if the review presents itself as a customer experience. A quote enquiry is not a customer relationship, which makes it a fake engagement or off-topic report.
That is normally a strong case. Naming and attacking an individual falls under Google's harassment and personal information policies, separately from the customer's view of the work.
Yes. Send the job details. Where the customer's contract was with a principal contractor and the review is really about them, that argument can be made.
