Review problems
Google review removal versus reporting it yourself
For obvious spam, flag it yourself. For everything else, the argument is the work.
Reporting a review is free, and for some cases that is genuinely all you need. Where the breach is visible in the text, a plain flag from the profile owner often resolves it within a day.
The paid part of this market exists for the cases where the breach is real but not obvious: the review reads like a plausible customer experience, and someone has to show why it is not one.
Send us the review and get an honest answer.
From £99 a removal, priced per review. No charge for the eligibility check.
- Honest check before you pay
- Most cases decided in 24 to 72 hours
- Full refund if Google keeps it up
Do it yourself when
These cases rarely need help, and we will tell you so rather than take a fee.
- The same text appears on several profiles from one account
- The review is plainly promotional, advertising another business or a discount code
- The review contradicts something you can prove in one screenshot, such as a date you were closed
- The review names a member of staff and attacks them personally
Get help when
These are the cases where a well-argued report is the difference between removal and refusal.
- The review is plausible but came from someone with no relationship to your business
- The case turns on records: bookings, jobs, appointments, files that need searching and framing
- You have already reported it and been refused, and need a different argument
- There are several reviews across one profile or several locations that belong in one case
How to judge the price honestly
What you are buying is assessment and casework, not access. Nobody has a special channel into Google, and anyone claiming a guaranteed outcome or an inside contact is selling something that does not exist.
- Prefer per-removal pricing with a clear refund position if Google refuses
- Be suspicious of guarantees, bulk flagging offers and pressure to pay before anyone reads the review
- Ask what happens if the report fails, and get the answer in writing
Questions we get asked
Yes, and you should try it for straightforward breaches. If it fails, that is the point at which a written case starts to have value.
No. Every legitimate removal in this market goes through the same reporting process you can access. Claims of insider routes are a warning sign.
That is most of the cases that come to us. Send the review and the refusal and we will tell you whether a different policy argument exists, free of charge.
